The Scottish Negroni
Aka The Buckaroni
- 25ml Shipyard Gin
- 25ml Buckfast
- 25ml Campari
- Sprig of Rosemary
- Slice of Grapefruit
The Shipyard Gin Negroni takes the classic recipe and adds a little twist that we’re sure the gin lovers in Inverclyde will be only too familiar with.
Add the Shipyard Gin, Buckfast and Campari into a glass with ice. Stir the ingredients until the outside of the glass is cold to the touch. DO NOT SHAKE. Because of the delicate botanicals in the gin and Campari, shaking this classic cocktail in a shaker will destroy the perfect balance.
Add the grapefruit peel and sprig of rosemary.
*To create a longer drink try adding a little Cushiedoos Pink Grapefruit Soda
