Delivery & Returns

Shipyard Gin Delivery
Gin products can only be shipped within the UK.
All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.
For UK deliveries please allow 3-5 working days from clearance of funds.

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, in the the unlikely event that you should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to those ordered, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 days of delivery. We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase.
Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Shipyard Gin (Scotland) Ltd will refund accepted returns within 30 days of you notifying us about the return.
The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend using a tracked service.

Click & Collect

Our Click and Collect service is an easy and fast way to get hold of Shipyard Gin in a hurry and free of delivery charges.

At the moment we only have one Click & Collect location but are constantly looking to expand this network of independent partners

When you order your Shipyard Gin through our website you can choose to receive your order by mail as usual or by picking it up next day from your nearest Click & Collect location.
